Business Flights does not act as a principal but makes arrangements with third-party dealers, such as, but not limited to airlines, hotels or car rental agencies, tour operators and consolidators, travel service providers, insurance providers for every travel-related services which include, air transportation, car rental and lodging, featuring each as a ‘service element’.
By using this website, you acknowledge that the prices offered by Business Flights and associate companies are results of negotiation between Business Flights and travel suppliers, including a certain service fee retained by them that may include taxes and additional charges by the travel supplier.
Business Flights is not accountable for any errors or inaccuracies on the website, or even for the failure of travel suppliers through whom the travel services are obtained, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, vacation packages, car hire and other travel products. Business Flights, in providing travel management, does not affirm or even guarantee the products that are provided by an external supplier, the financial condition of these suppliers or even the remuneration from any loss as a result of the financial condition of any such supplier. In case, a supplier fails to provide the services to you where the payment has been made, your refund shall be made by the defaulting supplier, from insurance covering such default, or even from the other responsible third party, unless such a loss was solely caused by Business Flights. As permitted by the law or the statute, in a situation where a supplier fails to provide services, you may pursue any recourse against the supplier for a refund.
Business Flights assumes no responsibility for actions related to travel services which are beyond the control of Business Flights or even its travel agents. Business Flights is not liable for any act, error, omission, loss, accident, delay or any other consequence that occur out of negligence or inactivity of the travel supplier.
Business Flights will not be liable for any changes or inconsistency in price or alteration in schedule or accommodations for any travel service, which occurs after booking and payment for the service. Business Flights shall not be responsible for any cancellation, overbooking, delay, weather fluctuation or even governmental incidence as it affects your travel reservations booked with us. Business Flights will not be responsible for the description of travel products and services available through any supplier, including, but not limited to photographs, mentioned facilities, ratings and discounts.
Business Flights acts a service provider, offering value added services to consumers, customers and retail travel agents. Business Flights is not accountable and has no control over the actions of the suppliers from whom it obtains travel products or services.
Business Flights is not responsible for the final currency conversion rate when it is paid after the travel reservation. Currency rates do vary and any price quoted on the website in local currency, is a guideline, and not mandatory.
Once certain travel reservations are made and paid for, they are non-refundable or there maybe a fee involved in cancellation or even in a refund from the supplier. Once tickets have been issued, a penalty might be involved for cancellations and refunds. A contract might be established between you and the travel supplier by booking with us. Hence, additional Terms & Conditions will be applicable to the booking procedure and anything related to the purchase of travel-related goods and services. You, hereby, are in agreement with all the Terms & Conditions of purchase enforced by any travel supplier with whom you interact and establish a contract, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts due and adhere to the rules/regulations/restrictions regarding the availability and use of airfares, products or any other travel services.
A few travel suppliers may require you to show a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in to cover extra expenditure during your stay and in the time frame you utilise the travel products and services. Such a deposit is unrelated to any payment that is received by Business Flights for flights, hotels, car hire or any other travel extras. Please bear in mind that any kind of violation of a travel supplier’s rules and regulations might result in the cancellation of your booking(s).
By using the website, you completely waive any allegation against Business Flights, its affiliates or subsidiaries and any such officer, director, management or employees and agree that neither Business Flights nor its associates and workers shall be held responsible for:
any loss or damage to property or even injury to any person caused by reason of any defect, negligence or wrongful act or any failure of performance in any way by any travel supplier.
any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, mental affliction or any such matter
any delayed or missed departure, accommodation substitute, termination of services or modification in rates and fares
any cancellation or even double-booking of reservations or tickets beyond the control of Business Flights
any claim of any such nature arising in connection with air or other transportation services, or even products or other features occurring in connection with your travel itinerary.
To remove any doubt, Business Flights does not undertake responsibility for cancelled flights, missed flights, flights that are not connected in regard to schedule changes initiated by the respective airline.
You promise to protect and compensate Business Flights, its affiliates, partners, respective suppliers and any of their managers, directors, agents against any claims, demands, losses, damages, penalties or any other costs or even expenses that includes, but not limited to reasonable legal fees that are brought by:
you or on your behalf in excess of the liability which is described above, provided that such limitation of accountability is permitted by the law of your state of residence.
by any third party as a result of your breach of these rules and regulations, notices or even documents on the website
your violation of any law or even the rights of a third party, or
the utilization of the site by you
If you have a dispute with a travel product or even any service supplier, not limited to airlines, hotels, railroads, tour operators, consolidators, holiday packages and activities suppliers and even insurance providers, you release us our affiliates, partners, joint ventures and their respective officers, directors, managers, agents and employees from claims, demands and damages (direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
To ensure that your credit or debit card is not being misused without your consent, we would require to validate your name, address and contact number given by you during the booking process against suitable third-party index or database.
By accepting these Terms & Conditions you agree and empower us to carry out investigation and perform certain checks. In providing the authority, you acknowledge that such personal information provided may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency that keeps a record of such information either in whole or in part.
We assure, such verification process is purely performed only to confirm and verify your identify and your credit rating will not be affected. Each and every information provided to us by you is strictly processed and carried out with the Data Protection Act of 1998.
You certify that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into this agreement as well as use this website in accordance with all Terms & Conditions that are applicable to the travel reservations and bookings you have made. You agree that the travel services of the website shall be used only to make authentic and legal reservations or travel purchase either for you or the other person who has authorised you. You understand that any abuse or overuse of the travel services of the site will result in you being denied access to use the facilities of the website. You are not permitted to use this site for commercial purpose. You are in agreement that you will not access, copy or monitor the content or information of this website using any spider, robot, scraper or even any other automated or manual means. You agree that you will not violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on the site, bypass, circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to the website.
You accept you will not change, copy, dispense, transfer, exhibit, execute, procreate, print, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or exchange or re-sell any message, content, graphics, software, products, or services acquired from or through this website or call center. We hold the right to cancel your Business Flights account and abort your use of the website if you violate any of the above prohibitions.
For your benefit, our use of these terms in this Terms & Conditions shall have the meaning below:
‘Service Element’ – a single product or service listed on the website usually booked for any other service.
‘Travel Supplier’ – an agent/vendor who deals with hotels, airlines and car suppliers. Business Flights does not act as principal, but makes arrangements with third-party vendor.
‘Booking’ – a process that is carried out while making use of a travel product/service element or establishing a contract with the agent/ravel supplier while making a complete payment for the travel purchase.
To complete a booking, the following measures are taken to ensure validity:
When we place a travel product on our website, we are usually inviting you to purchase their product. Only when you click ‘Book’ you make this offer.
Once you have done, you have made a deal with Business Flights to purchase the appropriate service element from the respective travel supplier(s).
The Business Flights email confirmation is not the acceptance of the booking, but it is an acknowledgement that we accept your offer.
In case, the relevant service element is available, your booking will be processed. The contract regarding to the relevant booking is valid/formed when the payment has been made in full.
The deal between you and the respective travel supplier will relate only to those travel products that are confirmed by email with ticket or reference numbers.
The terms of your booking are not guaranteed until the contract is formed between you and the travel supplier and a ticket has been issued and confirmed by the travel supplier.
Please be noted that once you have completed the booking stage, you are entitled only to cancel or change the details of you booking, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
The booking process will be applicable to any of our individual service element/travel product’s terms and rules that are set below. The Terms & Conditions for different services such as airlines, hotels and car rental is not covered by the booking process. We hold the right to change the booking process at any time, with the changes taking effect from the date the changes are made accordingly and posted on the website.
Throughout your trip, a valid photo ID is required for security checks at airports, hotels and while viewing a few attractions.
Additionally, you would also require to carry your passport as a government-issued ID to present a proof of citizenship during your international travel. Kindly note that it is your sole responsibility to make sure that you meet all the requirements for passport, visa and even health conditions of that particular country you wish to visit. At time, many countries require that your passport should be valid for a minimum period from the date you arrive into that country.
For any questions regarding what the applicable minimum period is and any other conditions or passport/visa requirements for travel, you should contact the corresponding local consulate of the countries to which you are travelling.
Neither Business Flights nor its affiliates undertake any responsibility and you will not be entitled to any kind of refunds in case you are denied boarding, delayed or deported due to any of the non-fulfilment of the above.
An entry/exit fee from the government might be charged according to your destination.
These are your only responsibilities and will be additional to your booking charges.
If there are more than one traveller on a booking, the traveller must travel on the same itinerary. An individual passenger cannot be added to, or even deleted from your booking.
Business Flights possesses the right to correct errors in the prices advertised, and if permitted and applicable, offer a better option to either cancel the booking or allow Business Flights to collect an amount that equals to any increase in price from the provided credit or even debit card, prior to your travel.
Each Service Element listed in your booking is provided by the relevant travel supplier.
In order to obtain travel miles/traveller points, you need to check this with the respective travel suppliers. Once you’ve made your booking, you are not liable to alter any name(s) or even the destination(s) mentioned in your travel booking/itinerary.
Once the booking is made, you cannot transfer or even change the name(s) or even the destination(s) mentioned in your booking.
Your booking will be fulfilled/will be termed as completed on the delivery date mentioned in your ticket, or in your email. If no delivery date is mentioned, then kindly check the date the ticket was issues, unless for any exceptional circumstances.
The terms of this agreement include the terms of each airline’s contract of carriage. The passenger can inspect the full text of the contract of the carriage over the airport or at the travel agency. Upon the request of the airline, passengers have the right to receive the complete contract of carriage either through mail or through post. The terms in the contract of carriage include:
Limits on the airline’s responsibility regarding death of passenger, injury, damage, loss or delay of perishable/non-perishable luggage or goods.
Claim restrictions that may include time periods within which passengers need to file a claim or even bring an action against the airline regarding its acts or even omissions.
Rights of the airline to change terms of the contract.
Terms and regulations regarding reconfirmation of reservations, checking-in, things that cannot be carried.
Rights of the airline and its limitations regarding any such delay or failure to perform service that may include schedule changes or even providing an alternate airline or aircraft re-routing.
The total price mentioned on the site includes all taxes and fees with the airfare, hotel tariff, car rentals and miscellaneous in your booking, unless, otherwise stated in your ticket information, in your email or in these Terms & Conditions. The additional fuel surcharges, seat reservation, baggage, security, hotel and other applicable service charges might be applicable and charged by the respective travel supplier at the time of check-in. You are completely responsible for any additional charges. If you have any questions about such charges, kindly contact the relevant travel supplier directly.
The prices quoted for travel products/service elements do not include insurance, collision damage waiver, any personal accident insurance, personal protection, gas, drop-off charges, safety seats for children, incidental hotel room charges.
Prices mentioned do not include fuel surcharges or any other surcharges imposed periodically by the travel supplier or the authorities.
Payments need to be made in full with an authentic credit card or debit card at the time of booking. Business Flights accepts all major credit/debit cards with a genuine billing address.
Hence, you enable Business Flights and it’s relevant third-party to carry out the charges to the credit/debit card you provide to us.
Also, you may be required by the appropriate travel supplier to present a valid credit/debit card while checking-in at the hotel or at the location from where you’ll be picked up by the car rental company to provide confirmation or authorised usage of the card to secure any such additional charges. The cardholder needs to be a traveller listed in the booking.
All the offers, prices and even the sale conditions, are subject to:
change without notice;
advance purchase, eligibility, seating, or other limitations;
travel days, dates, minimum or maximum stays, holidays, seasons, blackout dates, stopovers, and/or wait-listing restrictions;
reservation validation limitations of up to one year (if any extension permitted, penalties/restrictions may apply);
other conditions/restrictions; and
availability.
If your travel itinerary involves a halt at a destination other than the country of departure, an agreement known as ‘Warsaw Convention’ will be applicable to your entire trip. The Warsaw Convention governs and might limit the liability of certain carriers for any personal injury, death or loss of baggage.
A booking/reservation is not complete until fully confirmed. To make sure we deliver the best services as well as protect our valuable customers, we verify with the credit/debit card company regarding the billing address and the credit card verification number you provided to us is correct. Until and unless the given information is verified, the fare is subject to change.
We are not liable for any transaction which is declined due to inactive debit/credit card for any reason. For any reason the debit/credit card billing address or the credit card verification number cannot be verified in a timely manner, we are not responsible for any changes in the fare or any fee that may be charged during the verification process. In case the selected fare is not available, an approval code might have been issued on your credit card. If the transaction is not complete, the approval code will be credited temporarily from your bank.
Passengers involved in an ultimate destination or a stop other than the country of departure while travelling, are entitled to the Warsaw Convention. Additional protection can usually be obtained by purchasing insurance from a private company.
The website provides links to other websites as a convenience to you or as advertising of other suppliers and vendors related or unrelated to travel. We do not endorse any such suppliers and vendors nor are we responsible for the contents of other websites or their privacy policy or other practices. If you decide to access other websites you do so at your own risk and it is your sole responsibility to read their Terms & Conditions and ensure that whatever links you select or software you download (whether from this website or other websites) is free of such items as viruses, worms, trojan horses, defects and other items of a destructive nature such as malware.
Any/all travel changes incorporated are restricted/subject to airline fare rules. Most of our tickets, hotels, cars, packages do not allow changes in name or date after the booking is made. Business Flights does not guarantee, or will not be responsible for any reservations and bookings made or confirm after the previous/original itinerary is changed.
Usually, our airlines tickets are 100% non-refundable. In some cases where the airline allows cancellations, a credit might be valid towards a future ticket purchase by the same traveller on the same airline. The credit which is issued by the airline supplier usually bears and an expiration date, after which it cannot be used. You may discuss the rules/regulations/restrictions attached to your credit card with a customer service agent. All such bookings where a cancellation may be legal, must be cancelled before the departure by intimating our customer service centre. In case you are ready to make your new booking and will be using your credit card, it is required that you pay the fare difference if there is any that is applicable. All these changes are governed by each airline’s fare rule, the policies as well as the procedures beyond our control.
Nothing additional is carried out or made for our exchange fees, except that an agent will help you in locating your suitable flight and assist you to re-book the new flights based on availability.
If your travel plans include flights in operation by more than one airline, kindly read thoroughly the terms and conditions of each such airline mentioned at the airline’s website.
Each such airline will have its own rules, fees and restrictions. If one of these flights is affected by any changes made by the airline (rescheduling or even cancellation) that might force the passenger to make the changes to some other flight, the customer will be responsible for any cost of ticket or fees incurred.
Such airlines will charge their own fees, refunds or even exchanges that are required. You are fully responsible for abiding with the terms and rules for each airline (check-in times and baggage). We strongly advise you to print your outbound flight and the return of your air ticket before travelling. Keep a proof of your ID ready at the check-in.
Please note that your credit/debit cards might be billed with different charges, totalling the final price. If your credit/debit card/or payment is not processed for any reason, we will notify you within 24 hours. Prior to your payment being processed and accepted successfully, you will be notified to any price or airfare change. You have the right to accept and decline this transaction and you will not be charged.
All hotel, car hire and tour bookings are only confirmed upon the delivery of the full confirmation details to your email address. In some cases, pre-payment might be required to receive the email confirmation.
To offer you further protection, certain money transactions are determined to be high-risk by our systems and we might not process such transactions unless our credit card verification team validates the safety to process them. In order to establish any such validation, we might contact your bank.
All credit cards must have a verifiable billing address.
All the bookings and fares are not guaranteed until ticketed by the supplier. For hotels, car rentals and holiday packages bookings are not guaranteed until they are ticketed by the supplier.
Bookings are not guaranteed for hotels, car rentals and holiday packages until and unless you receive a confirmation/reference number by email.
When you submit your credit/debit card for a purchase, we request an authorization for the amount of the anticipated transaction. However, if we are unable to confirm your booking amount, you will not be charged and a hold be released by your credit/debit card bank.
In case your credit card is declined for any reason, you will be notified within 72 hours. Simply submitting the credit card will not guarantee ticketing.
Business Flights uses specific protection measures for the credit card payments. Reports are made to the airport security, airlines and the country’s law enforcement.
You agree to be responsible for any credit card payments and you agree not to put/dispute any charges after the purchase has been made and your tickets have been delivered/shipped. You agree to reimburse Business Flights in case of any charge back or credit card disputes after purchasing the service/product.
Online credit card transactions are authorized at the time a user or anyone acts on the customers behalf also accepts these Terms & Conditions and continues with the purchase.
When certain transactions are determined to be high risk by our systems, we will not process such transactions unless our credit card verification team marks it as safe to process them.
If your credit card declines during the time of processing your transaction, Business Flights makes all efforts to notify you by email within 48 hours. The transaction will not be processed of your credit card is declined. The fares and other booking details are not guaranteed. In case there is a fare change, you have the right to cancel the booking at no cost. There will be no service fees charged for this.
Please note that your seats, meals, frequent flyer and other special travel choices will be just treated as requests. The airline reserves the right to apply any amendments to the requested seat allocation without any notification. All requests are required to be confirmed with the airline. Therefore, it is strongly advised that you contact the airline directly to confirm these requests.
In case of excess baggage, you will have to pay that fee assessed by each airline. In many cases, most airlines now charge baggage fees even for the first bag that is checked-in. We advise you to travel light to decrease the cost. The baggage fees depend on the size and the weight of the bag and per checked bag. These fees are paid directly to the airline.
In case there are two or more airlines involved for connecting flights, you may need to reclaim your bags at the connecting airport and check-in again to continue your journey. In these cases, if you have excess baggage, you will have to pay extra fee that’s assessed by each airline.
Periodically, and depending on the airline operating your flights, we might provide an option to purchase any Airline Optional Service and Products in regard to your ticket(s), which might include your checked baggage and pre-reserved seat assignment.
These optional services and products will be provided to you by the airline and their purchase cost will be additional to the ticket cost and subject to each airline’s availability. We strongly encourage you to check the restrictions of the respective airline operating regarding the optional products and services that you purchased through us.
You acknowledge that we act as marketing agents with regard to any airline service and products. We strongly encourage you to contact the operating carrier to resolve any issues concerning the availability and usage of travel services and products.
Airline Policy on Schedule Changes
Every airline has different rules and policies regarding schedule changes that are beyond out control.
Due to the operational needs of each airline, changes are often made to the flights. Often these changes are a prediction of travel needs for future dates, also reflecting same day changes.
There are various types of changes: flight number changes, time changes, routing, date changes and even cancellations. Cancellations include – when an airline has stopped or even cancelled services to some cities or even stopped services.
Reasons for cancellations or schedule changes may include:
peak or high travel seasons;
low travel season;
airport terminal or gate changes;
fuel prices;
civil unrest;
natural disasters – volcano, earthquakes, hurricanes, etc.; and
bankruptcy.
Business Flights does not hold responsibility for any cancelled flights, missed flights or even flights connecting due to any scheduled changes.
We strive to make every attempt to notify that the customer of any schedule. It is recommended, you contact the airline to reconfirm your flights within 72 hours before departure.
If an airline undergoes a change to any of its flights within a 4-hour period of the actual flight timing, we will notify you of such changes through email. Business Flights does not consider any responsibility for cancelled flights, missed flights or even flights not connecting due to any changes made.
If you are already at the airport, you will need to speak with an agent at the airline counter. During severe climatic conditions, the options may be limited and even if it’s sunny in the city you are, there might be a bad weather at your destination or connecting city. You need to check the website of the particular airline and weather channels for airport updates.
It is required for the customer to reconfirm their flights with the airlines 24 to 72 hours prior to the departure, especially if they are already travelling. Please check emails periodically for updates regarding flight schedules.
We will attempt to send at least 3 emails and call you once, notifying you of the changes depending on the departure date and the changes received from the airline. If you are unable to contact either Business Flights or the airline before departure you might: miss your flight, lose the value of your tickets and possibly get your travel postponed by 1 or 2 days, or even a few weeks before the airline makes final arrangements.
Once you’ve contacted Business Flights, we will contact the airline on your behalf and try to come to a solution. In some cases, the only resolution may result in the cancellation of the flight and the refund.
If a customer does not fulfil their responsibilities, they may miss their flight or lose the value of their reservation, and other options may not be available.
We will make every effort to get the airlines in question to re-protect the customer. It finally depends on the airline(s) involved. If the airline is unable to re-protect the customer we will petition a refund.
In the event that a flight is cancelled, Business Flights will attempt to contact the airline, find other flight options and/or discuss refund options.
A flight maybe overbooked and there are chances that a seat will not be available on a flight for which a passenger has a confirmed reservation. If the flight is overbooked, a passenger will not be denied a seat until the airline personnel asks for people to voluntarily give up their reservation for some compensation.
If volunteers are less, the airline might deny boarding other persons in accordance with its particular boarding priorities. In a few exceptional cases, failure to abide with the check-in deadline, a person denied boarding is entitled to compensation from the airline.

We do not sell tickets directly to any unaccompanied minor age 18 and below. Each airline has its own policies and regulations for children travelling with any adult supervision.

Some airlines may not allow unaccompanied minors to travel without an adult.
Some airlines will only allow unaccompanied minors to travel on non-stop flights.
Many airlines may require additional fees to be paid at check-in.

All customers are strongly advised to verify travel documents for the country through which they are transiting. Business Flights will not be responsible if proper travel documents are not available and you are denied entry in that particular country.
Your transaction with Business Flights does not guarantee entrance to the destined country. The traveller needs to understand that Business Flights accepts no responsibility for determining the validation/authenticity of the person travelling.
All flights should be confirmed with the airline directly in case they might have a last-minute schedule change. You must re-confirm at least 24 hours prior to departure for domestic flights and 72 hours for international destinations.
In most cases, upgrades and standbys are not permitted.
Our discounted tickets do not allow for frequent flyer mileage accrual.
All seat requests are forwarded to the airlines and all requests are not guaranteed. If you wish to receive prompt seat confirmation, requirements for wheelchair, stretcher, kindly contact the airline directly.
Business Flights is not responsible for such tickets that could not be processed due to incomplete credit card verification or information or even credit card decline. In a few cases, the airline fares might change just prior to the completion of the processing of the ticket. We hold rights to notify you of any fare change within 3 business days. We also hold the right to provide alternative fare options. In case we are not able to contact you, we hold rights to cancel your booking.
It is the responsibility of the traveller who has booked with us online or has made the booking directly with a customer service agent to review and reconfirm names, dates, flight numbers, airlines and routing including all airport changes. If you discover any discrepancy in your itinerary, you are requested to immediately contact a Business Flights customer service agent within 4 hours from the time the booking was completed.
If you fail to contact us by phone within 4 hours of completing the booking, we shall consider the booking you have made to be acceptable to you and we do not assume any liability thereafter for any discrepancy in your booking.

Once purchased, all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless specified. All service fees are non-refundable. Name changes are not permitted. Prices do not include Baggage and Carry-On Fees or other fees charged directly by the airline. Fares are not guaranteed until ticketed. For Domestic Travel: A valid government photo I.D. must be presented by all travellers in order to board domestic flights. Minors traveling domestically with parents generally do not need a photo I.D. If traveling with children less than two (2) years old, a birth certificate may be needed to confirm the infant’s age. For International Travel: All travellers MUST be in possession of a valid government issued Passport or Identification. Travellers MUST also have the necessary documents, Visas, Transit visas, Schengen Visas and all other entry permits for all international ports of entry.
In addition, your passport must be valid for 6 months after your return date when entering your destination. While sometimes we may be able to assist with visa and passport information, it is solely the responsibility of the passenger(s) to arrange for all documents needed to enter the country you are traveling to, or passing through in transit. Please note, a roundtrip or ongoing ticket may be required for certain international cities. If you are traveling one way, please verify with the airline or Consulate General to prevent any issues at time of boarding.

Note: The airlines reserve the right to deny boarding to passengers that do not arrive at the Ticket Counter or Departure Gate with adequate time to check-in. In case if you failed to appear on airport on stipulated time (or become No-show), your ticket becomes invalid and no refund or change can be permitted. Check-in times can vary for certain cities and airlines, so it’s recommended that you confirm with the airline you are flying the required check-in time.
If you prefer to check in for your flights online and print your boarding passes, you will have to do the same on airlines website.
Additional baggage fees may apply. Since the baggage fees may change, we recommend that you contact the airline you are traveling on for the latest information regarding airline specific baggage rules, requirements and fees.
If you have requested a seat to be assigned, we will send your request to the airline. Airline may or may not be able to confirm your request. At times airlines may not be able to assign specific seats or seats sitting together. Occasionally seats can be assigned only at the check-in counter at the airport.
Although most itineraries ticketed by Business Flights allow for changes, the majority of these itinerary changes require the issuance of a new ticket, as per airline policy. All changes are subject to availability, airline rules and regulations, penalties and a difference from the original airfare and our service fees. The airline has the final authority regarding itinerary changes and penalties.
Airlines may make changes to a scheduled flight itinerary that is beyond our control. In these cases, if the airline notifies us with a viable option, we will send you an e-mail with the changes as well as the option the airline is offering. If the airline does not provide us with a viable option, as a valued customer, your reservation will be reviewed and assisted by one of our Schedule Change Specialists.
Prior to ticketing, all fares are subject to change. In these cases, we will notify you and you will have the option to purchase or not purchase this ticket.
